  This article analyzed Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in the context of primary care in the Novo Horizonte neighborhood in Guanambi-BA, the risk factors and consequences for health and well-being. The objective was to analyze the occurrence of neglected venereal infections in the context of primary care in the Novo Horizonte neighborhood in the municipality of Guanambi over the course of 2023. The study adopts a deductive approach, using quantitative methods to assess the impact on communities. For the formulation and design of the research, a meticulous evaluation of the complexities underlying the data submitted to the electronic citizen record (PEC) was carried out with an emphasis on data from the Novo Horizonte neighborhood community.
