Biography
Takashi Kuriki serves as an In-charge of Research Department, Director of Biochemical Research Department and Director of Ezaki Glico Co. Ltd. Kuriki graduated from Osaka University School of Engineering Science in March 1981. He has published more than 100 research articles on Bioengineering, Molecular Biology in various national and international journals. He has been awarded for his work by The Japanese Society of Applied Glycoscience and The Society for Biotechnology, Japan.
