Biography
He is awarded PhD in -Food Technology Studies in freezing of foods from UDCT, Mumbai (University, Country Name) in the 1999. He/She holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Food Technology from UDCT, Mumbai, India in the 1995, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Food Technology from University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), Mumbai, India in the 1993. He has extended his valuable service as an in Food Science and Technology, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra from Nov 2010 – July 2012 and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor for Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra from July 2012 – Till date. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests as an Associate Professor reflect in hiswide range of publications in various national and international journals.
