Biography
Mengshi Lin is currently working as Associate Professor of Food Science at University of Missouri, USA .His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
Research Interest
develop gold and silver nanotextured substrates for biosensor uses; establish surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) methods for their potential applications in food safety.
