Biography
Dr. Fidero holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology (TIT) – Japan. Before joining NISTI, he worked as Dean of Faculty of Chemical and Food Engineering at Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) where he offered courses in Genetic Engineering, Integrated Waste Management and Project Management, and supervised Engineering and Graduate students.
