Biography
Dr. Etelka Tombacz is currently worling as a full professor in the Department of Physical Chemistry and Materials Science at the University of Szeged, Hungary.She is an Associate Editor of Applied Clay Sciences (Elsevier), Member of the editorial board of Colloids and Surfaces A (Elsevier), Associate Member of the IUPAC body Chemistry and Environment (VI) Member of the editorial board of Applied Clay Sciences (Elsevier), Board member of the International Humic Substances Society (IHSS) and the President of Colloid Chemistry Working Committee of Hungarian Academy of Sciences. In 2007, She has won Master Teacher Medal. Dr. Etelka has published more than 120 research articles in various international journals andgave many Presentations at International and National Meetings.
Research Interest
Dr. Etelka Tombacz's research interest includes Colloid Chemistry, Environmental Colloids, Aqueous Colloidal Systems, Soil Chemistry, Rheology, Soil Pollution and Purification; PhD courses: Interfacial Equilibria and Dispersion Stability in Aqueous Systems, Humic substances in Environmental Systems and the Nanoparticles for Theranostic Use
