Brown JM D is an Associate Professor of Toxicology at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Colorado, USA. The primary focus of Dr. Brown’s laboratory is to understand the molecular and cellular mechanisms involved in the immune response to engineered nanomaterials as it relates to the health & safety of nanotechnology.
Research Interest
 The primary focus of Dr. Brown’s laboratory is to understand the molecular and cellular mechanisms involved in the immune response to engineered nanomaterials as it relates to the health & safety of nanotechnology. We are particularly interested in how nanomaterials may influence mast cell activation leading to allergic disease and inflammation, Nanotoxicology, Nanotechnology Health & Safety; Nanomedicine; Nanoparticle Protein Corona Formation; Immunotoxicology; Allergic Disease; Mast Cells and Inhalation Toxicology
