Editorial mote on late onset anaphylaxis caused by tetracycline hydrochloride

Hypersensitivity reactions to tetracyclines are rarely reported. We reported a patient who had suffered late onset anaphylaxis caused by oral tetracycline hydrochloride. Prick test with tetracycline hydrochloride showed negative result. We reported a patient with allergy to tetracycline hydrochloride negative prick test and positive oral challenge
