I have worked in the lab of Dr. Guo-liang Xu at the Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences for 5 years before I came to USA. My major works contain gene targeting in mouse embrey stem cells and generating gene targeted mice. We generated the first gene targeted mice of Tet protein, which plays key roles in epigenetics and development of cells and organism. I have authored four research articles published on Nature, Cell, and Cell Stem Cell. Please kindly find the publication list at the end of this email. My current PIs are Dr. Jorge Moscat and Dr. Maria Diaz-Meco at SBP. I have worked in this lab for one and a half years. My current research is focusing on molecular biology, biochemistry and cell biology of tumor microevironment and tumor progression. My involved studies are in the process for publication. As participating in the scientific community, to be a reviewer is necessary and beneficial to my career. It will improve my professional expertise, broaden my horizons, and take responsibilities in scientific communities.
