Biography
Dr. Violanda Grigorescu is branch chief of the Partnerships and Evaluation Branch in the Division of Health Informatics and Surveillance. She received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iasi, Romania, and her master of science in public health degree from the University of Louisville, Kentucky. As epidemiologist and evaluator for federally funded programs, she was actively engaged on different projects and had an important contribution to enhancing the county department collaboration with CDC, healthcare institutions and providers, universities and non-profit organizations.
Research Interest
Her research work focuses on public health and clinical practice.
