Biography

R Petros is a PhD Student, Doctoral Program in Social Welfare, at The University of Pennsylvaniensis. He completed his Bachelor’s in Social Work and English, 2003 at St. Olaf College. He achieved his Master’s in Social Work, 2008 from University of Minnesota, USA. Dr. R Petros has served on many review panels, has reviewed for Journal of Clinical Research & Bioethics & many others. Dr. R Petros has over 14 peer reviewed publications. Dr. R Petros research interests include Recovery strategies for individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders, homelessness (with a special interest in long-term homelessness, supportive housing, and community integration), and the interconnections of social identity categories and poverty with the aforementioned populations.
