Dr. Paul J Rowan is an Assistant Professor in Division of Management, Policy, and Community Health at The University of Texas-Houston School of Public Health, USA. Paul J Rowan completed his PhD in Clinical Psychology from University of Alabama in 2002 and M.P.H. from University of Alabama at Birmingham. His research interest focuses on Organization of health care systems for detecting and addressing behavioral health problems and the influence of psychosocial factors upon health care outcomes.
