Dr. Kotaro Hiraoka is currently working at Department of Behavioral Neurology and Cognitive Neuroscience, Tohoku University Graduate School of Medicine, Miyagi, Japan and his research interest are Behavioral Neurology and Cognitive Neuroscience.
