Biography

Mr. Md. Joynal Abdin is "Deputy Manager" at the Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Wing of the SME Foundation (National Agency for SME Development) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Previously (March 2008 -August 2010), he was Assistant Secretary (for WTO, RTA and FTA Issues) at the "Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI)" in Dhaka. Mr. Abdin is a student of Business Administration; holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with distinctive CGPA 3.85 and 3.80 in a Scale of 4.00 from Southeast University and Green University of Bangladesh respectively. He is considered as one of the "Most Popular Bangladeshi Development Researchers" (http://www.bangladeshstudies.org/Think_popular.html), and "The Top 64 Bangladesh Development Researchers of the Millennium" (http://www.bangladeshstudies.org/Think_top_millennium.html) ranked by the Bangladesh Development Research Center (BDRC), USA. Mr. Abdin has about 125-130 articles, editorials, and sub-editorials published by various national dailies like the Financial Express, The Independent, The Daily Sun and the Daily Star.
