I am holding PhD in Biological Sciences. I got 5 International and National Fellowships in order to do my Postdoctoral research. Further, holding the Senior Research Associate Positions in Research Institutions affiliated to Harvard Medical School (Dana Farber Cancer Institute), McGill University (Lady Davis Institute for Medical Research) and Montreal University (Research Center of HMR) I spearheaded and co-leaded numerous projects and my scientific results are published in 27 articles in high impact international journals, mainly as a first author. I presented my data at 15 International Conferences. I supervised and co-supervised 5 Master (MSc) and PhD degree students.
Basic research in the field of cancer (breast, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, leukaemia) applying the knowledge of the mechanisms of eukaryotic replication, Transcription and protein synthesis as well as of cell biology principles and using modern methodology such as functional genomics, proteomics, Flow cytometry analysis, cultured cells, mouse models, confocal and conventional fluorescent microscopy.
