Biography
Dr. Dixin Shen received his PhD in Biostatistics at University of Southern California. Currently working as a statistical scientist at Gilead Sciences, he has been doing research in developing novel statistical methodologies for integrative analysis of omics data. His research field is also in statistical genetics, machine learning algorithms, and statistical methods in clinical trials. He has been developing statistical software at the Biopharmaceutical Section of American Statistical Association.
