Biography

Dr. Carla Kinslow is a toxicologist with 20 years of experience in molecular biology and more than nine years of environmental experience, particularly with toxicological risk assessment, ambient air monitor placement, data analysis and stakeholder communication in the oil and gas industries. She specializes in regulatory compliance for oil and gas, hydraulic fracturing, the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP), RCRA and air permit assessment, as well as human (child-specific) risk assessment. Additionally, Carla has extensive experience in National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), indoor air quality, epidemiology and laboratory management. Her toxicological expertise includes chlorinated solvents (trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene and 1, 2 dichloroethane), and regulatory fluency with benzene, styrene, acrylonitrile, vinyl acetate, BTEX and QSAR.
