Biography
Dr. Coelho completed her Ph.D (Veterinary Sciences), Msc (Education and Health Promotion), and DVM (Veterinary Medicine), from University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. Experience: She has vast experience in different areas of veterinary medicine, to name a few: epidemiology, infection control, immunology, microbiology, public health, etc.Since 2003, 81 papers published in national and international peer-reviewed journals and participated extensively in scientific congresses. Book chapters: She is a co-author of 6 book chapters. Dr. Coelho won ‘Award of young Investigator by ASESCU 2007, for the investigation in infectious diseases in rabbits”. Editorial Experience: She is editorial board member of one International Journal. Number of Doctoral Students: 2 Number of Master Students: 30
