The samples obtained can be processed in the laboratory from the inactivated virus in the paper of the card. The aim of this work was to demonstrate the advantages of using FTA cards for inactivation, transport, and molecular diagnosis of VEN in allantoic fluid samples in young patients using fixed orthodontic treatment.
