Abstract:
T he aim of this article, by a case report description, is to put in evidence all technological and clinical improvements of the implant surgical procedures as software-aided for immediate loading protocol in fresh extraction sockes implant. Therefore, an original extra oral planning procedure for the virtual surgical project with the implant positioning, starting from a tridimensional software diagnostic, will be described. A custom abutment, prepared by zirconio coating of a milled titanium zirconio, will support the final feldspathic ceramic prosthetic crown, made with CAD/CAM method.
