Abstract:

In late 2019, it caused infectious disease in Wuhan, China and the name of the virus is severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). It is responsible for the second pandemic of the 21st century, with approximately five hundred million infections and over 6 million deaths documented to date. The World Bank had meticulous covid-19 and desperate discrimination could push a further 198 million people into severe poverty during 2022, reversal two decades of progress. These shocks, poverty level of people are being hit harder. Increase food cost account approx. 17 percent of buyer spending in wealthy countries. Even within developed country economics inflation is supercharging diversity: in the US, 20 per cent poorest families are spending twenty seven per cent of their incomes on eatable items, while the richest twenty per cent spend only 7 per cent. The covid-19 most characteristic feature is single strand RNA virus family of Coronaviridae; the 7th known coronavirus family member include spike glycoprotein on its surface to cause disease in humans. Most COVID-19 patients are immunocompromised and have most risk, flu like symptoms, including nausea, dry cough and headache. The most common complications include acute respiratory distress syndrome, cardiovascular manifestations, pneumonia and septic shock. Wide spread of COVID-19 is mainly responsible for respiratory droplets, when infected people sneeze and cough either directly from air or in the form of fomites on surfaces. Most effective precaution in maintaining hand –hygiene, personal protective equipment (i.e., masks), and social distancing. Supportive care to patient management and anticoagulant measure, with a particular focus on respiratory function maintenance. Accelerate covid 19 vaccine efforts have taken place internationally. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, most countries and stakeholders have taken varying precautions to conflict and accommodate the spread of virus and humidify its collateral economic damage.
