Abstract:

Mind Mental Health Technologies Inc. is a company which leverages technology, data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop products and services that help diagnose, manage and predict mental illness. Today, our flagship product (mind. me) is able to passively detect depression with an accuracy rate of 92%. Mind.me is an application to help people who suffer from depression. Once installed in a mobile device, mind.me requires no input or effort from the user. By connecting data feeds into the application, mind. me is able to ambiently and passively monitor the user???s behavior. When mind.me detects the early symptoms of depression, notifications are sent to the user???s predetermined circle of trust. The objective is to increase self-awareness for the user, support from their circle, and ultimately take the necessary steps to reduce the severity of a depressive episode. We are focusing on prevention over treatment. We are believers in a new kind of capitalism that serves humanity???s most pressing needs. We are a double bottom line business measured by profits but also by social impact.
