This study examined students’ knowledge and attitude towards male breast cancer, between students at the University of Lagos and Yaba College of Technology in terms of knowledge, attitudes, age influence, and gender influence. Four hundred (400) students from Yaba College of Technology and the University of Lagos made up the study's sample. A simple random sampling technique was used to pick respondents for the descriptive survey. A self-created and verified questionnaire was employed to get the necessary data from the respondents. Frequency counts, percentages, pie charts, and regression analysis were used to analyze the study's data for the variable and demographic data, respectively. The results showed that attitudes, age, gender, and level of knowledge can all have a big impact on how people feel and know about breast cancer in men. The study also reviews numerous factors that affect knowledge levels, similar campaigns to increase knowledge about male breast cancer and its potential treatments. The results state the need for adequate efforts to enhance the knowledge and comprehension of male breast cancer among this population. These efforts also highlight the significance of strengthening support networks and lowering stigma in order to improve breast cancer outcomes in men.
