Abstract:

In recent years, the number of the researchers, as well as life scientists working on multidiciplinary projects has been exponentially increased. As in many other fields, due to the nature of life sciences research area, multidiciplinary and transnational work among scientists became inevitable. While transnational research activities build solid bridges between national and international research, clear connections have been made between laboratory work and disease diagnosis as well as treatment. Moreover, this type of research strategies lead fast and accurate scientific and technological discoveries, developments in life sciences. However, it is also sometimes hard to find the right programme or calls for research proposals, to increase the likelihood of recieving the related support for scientific activities. Therefore, the aim of this talk is to give a general view to participants about nature of scientific administration and programmes in life sciences research.
