The management of human resources in healthcare institution is essential to enable the delivery of efficient and effective medical services and to achieve patient satisfaction. This study aims to investigate the impact of practicing human resources management on the quality of healthcare service and achieving patients-satisfaction. The descriptive methodology was applied to demonstrate and analyze the previous literatures. The study shows that effective human resources management has a strong impact on healthcare quality and improving the performance of hospitalā??s staff. The study suggests the need to measure the performance of the managers of human resources department or administrative department in the hospital before starting performance development process as well as continuous development and training of staff performance. This was a cross sectional study. In the first phase to find out patients-satisfaction among patients of a selected 850 beds hospital in Dhaka, sample was taken on simple random sampling basis, who were interviewed through a semi structured questionnaire. A total of 129 patients participated in the study. Data was collected through face to face interview. Data was analyzed using SPSS software. Then in the second phase data was again collected through the interview to the HR personnel of the hospital authority regarding the HRM system on the supporting staffs based on the feedback from the patientsā?? response about their satisfaction by the provided services of the supporting staffs of the Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College & Hospital, under M/O Health & Family Welfare, the Peopleā??s Republic of the Bangladesh Private Hospitals
