Abstract:

Intensification of technological processes in agriculturebased on the latest achievements of science and technology is one of the actual problems of all industries that use process of dehydration. Technical progress on the one hand offers prospective ways and techniques to solve this problem and on the othermakes it more difficult for it as is accompanied by many negative phenomena. The most relevant is the issue of environmental security equipment and personnel as well as the control environment where using technology with the electric field.

Biography :

M Ya Burlev is a Doctor of Technical Sciences, 57 years, head of JSC Siberia-Milk and cooperate with All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of the Dairy Industry. He published about 100 scientific articles in various scientific and technical journals in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, USA, Great Britain, Canada, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, etc. The author has about 20 patents, some of which are of universal importance. For example, the patent Drying in a stream of lowtemperature plasma. He is the Author of 2 books, textbook for technical colleges, 2 monographs.
