Abstract:

We studied the effectiveness and safety of anesthesia on the lower jaw according to P.M.Egorov and J.Gow-Gates. The study involved 92 patients, age 21-50 years have included: The removal of impacted and dystopic teeth �?01.0, removal of teeth with chronic apical periodontitis K04.6. The method was compared according to P.M.Egorov - 45 patients, according to J.Gow-Gates – 47. Clinical assessment of painful interventions (MGMSU method) was used. Recorded complications hematoma, positive aspiration samples, posleinektsionnye pain. In inflammation during anesthesia by P.M. Egorov efficiency - 89% at John. J.Gow-Gates, 96%. The number of complications was 1.9%, and method to P.M.Egorov – 2.2%. During surgery removal of impacted and dystopic teeth using the method of J.Gow-Gates, 2, 6 times less likely to carry out additional pain relief than applying the method of P.M.Egorova.
