Abstract:

Nowadays the aesthetics is growing fast. Within of the aesthetics world, the smile is gaining a special attention due to the impact that it generates on people???s self-esteem. But after years, we still don't get a predictable result. In the last decade, new methods were designed to better understand the action mechanism and the impact of this procedure on the dental tissues, soft and hard ones. The main proposal of this presentation will be to discuss under a scientific basis all the knowledge about bleaching products and techniques. Furthermore, how to manage teeth sensitivity through an inside-out look of the pulp chamber. Then, let the dentists analyze the tendencies and be able to choose the best option for each clinical case.
