Studying of age dynamics of intestinal microbiocenoses of animals is an actual theme of microbiology. Against the background of rather good study of dynamics of bacterial segments of microflora, the phage segments are studied insufficiently. There are few works in this area carried out on horses and pigs; works on a phage dynamics at geese are absent. This work is devoted to the description of quantitative and qualitative dynamics of phages of E. coli (coli-phages) in an intestinal microbiocenosis of goslings of early age. Totally 120 samples recieved from 10 goslings during 7 first weeks after hatching were investigated. Highest levels of coli-phage maintenance at the age of 6 days and subsequent decreasing to minimal values to age of 12 days was noted. Quantitative data and data of molecular-genetic spectrum of detected phages are presented.
