Abstract:

Adverse reaction effects result not only from the authorized use of a medicinal product at normal doses, but also from medication errors and uses outside the terms of the marketing authorization, including the misuse and abuse of the medicinal product. In this proposed work, we would like to show the effects of certain anti-inflammatory drugs, by highlighting the type, the toxicity and the mechanism with examples. Furthermore, we present their hypersensitivity, medication interactions and forbidden consequences.
