Characterized by its emphasis on high fat, moderate protein, and low carbohydrate intake, the keto diet has captivated the attention of both health enthusiasts and researchers alike. In this comprehensive exploration, we will delve into the origins of the ketogenic diet, its fundamental principles, potential benefits and drawbacks, and its impact on various aspects of health. The ketogenic diet is based on a simple premise: restrict carbohydrate intake to induce a state of ketosis.
