Biography

Dr. Phipatanakul is Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and a board-certified pediatric allergist and immunologist with training and a degree in clinical epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health. She received her undergraduate degree at Union College in 1990, her medical degree in 1994 at Loma Linda University and her Pediatric Residency Training was at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. She completed her allergy and immunology subspecialty training in 2000 at Johns Hopkins University and has since been on the faculty at Harvard Medical School. While on faculty, she obtained an MS in Clinical Epidemiology at the Harvard School of Public Health. She has dual faculty appointments at Boston Children's Hospital and the Channing Laboratory, Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, both on the Harvard Medical School campus.
