Biography
Saad Haj Bakry is Professor of Information Networks, College of Computer & Information Sciences, King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. He received his Ph.D. from Aston University in Birmingham, England, in 1980; he is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, UK. In addition to his academic work on the investigation and design of information and communication networks, he is concerned with knowledge society research.
