Biography

Dr. Saghiv received both his B.Ed. in Physical Education and M.P.E. in Exercise Sciences from Wingate College in Wingate, Netanya, Israel, and his PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of Porto, in Portugal, Europe. His research interests are biogenetics and exercise, as well as exercise and biomarkers (especially NTproBNP and s-klotho. Dr. Saghiv is author of 45 peer reviewed published articles and 11 papers presented at scientific meetings, 11 approves research grants. Editor in Chief of one journal and editorial board member and reviewer for 10 journals, author of 3 books (one of them in the making) and a member of 22 local, regional and national professional committees, 8 professional organizations and a professional adviser to 23 institutes around the world.
