Biography

I get my bachelor degree in the pharmaceutical science in 2005 (Sichuan University, China). After that I became a pharmacist in the 7th People’s Hospital of Chengdu (China). I move to the US in 2007 and get my PhD training in proteomics in the University of Nebraska Medical Center (USA). My researches mainly focus on the development and application of mass spectrometry based proteomics strategy for protein characterization, including identification, quantification, and protein post-translational modification analysis.

Research Interest

My research interests are protein biomarker analysis, protein post-translational modification analysis, liquid chromatography separation, quantitative proteomics, and their applications for drug development, diagnostics, targeted therapy, and the investigation of disease mechanisms.
