Biography

Dr. Chang joined the University of Sydney in October, 2005. In 2007, he was awarded the Australian Postdoctoral Fellowship. In 2008, he was awarded the Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship. Dr. Chang received his Ph.D. degree in 2005 in materials science from the Institute for Composite Materials (IVW GmbH), Technical University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. Before that, he graduated with a B.S. and M.E. degrees (1999 and 2002, resp.) from Tsinghua University, China. He is mainly interested in polymer tribology, nanomechanics, and nanotechnology.
