Research Interest
I am interested in study of the vitamin D function that contributes to regulating the disease signaling such as hypertension, cardiac hypertrophy, and metabolic syndromes. I have shown that vitamin D can reduce cardiac hypertrophy though down regulating rennin-angiotensin system in animal model. I am also interested in exploring management of diabetes, obesity and malnutrition in clinic.
