Biography

Jonas Bjerring Olesen graduated medical school in January 2011. He has received thorough pharmacoepidemiological training and performed several register based studies parallel with his medical studies. Dr. Olesen is currently working as a research fellow at Copenhagen University Hospital Gentofte investigating stroke and bleeding risk factors in patients with atrial fibrillation and the effect of antithrombotic treatment. Beside his own investigations, Dr. Olesen is supervising two PhD students and one bachelor student.
