Biography

Janusz Luterek\s qualifications include a B.Eng (Chemical ) and a B.Proc. He is a qualified attorney and a registered professional engineer, and is a member of several professional, industrial and legal societies. Janusz moved to Hahn & Hahn from Adams & Adams in 1997. Before joining Hahn & Hahn, Janusz worked in industry for a number of years. Janusz\s current activities include patent searching, providing opinions on novelty and infringement of patents and other intellectual property, and drafting and prosecuting local and foreign patent and design applications. Janusz has specialised knowledge on obtaining Intellectual Property protection on the continent of Africa. In 2000 Janusz wrote and passed the Australian patent drafting examinations and regularly attends US and European courses which enable him to stay on top of latest developments internationally.
