Biography

Dr. Henry Huang is an experienced cardiologist with both breadth and depth of skills and knowledge. His professional background has benefited from training at many different institutions. He completed his undergraduate studies at MIT, attended medical school at Columbia University, and performed his medicine internship and residency at the Scripps Clinic Green Hospital. Subsequently, he completed his cardiology fellowship at the California Pacific Medical Center, where he was chief cardiology fellow. Dr. Huang held an appointment as assistant clinical professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco before joining the faculty at USC. He has published papers in peer-reviewed medical journals and presented research at national cardiology meetings. He has also received an award for excellence in clinical teaching from physician trainees in the past. Dr. Huang runs a lipid clinic at USC, where he is dedicated to cardiac risk assessment and management.
