Biography

Dr. Guozhu Li was born in September, 1980 in China. He received his BS from Wuhan University in 2002 and PhD degree from the Wuhan Institute of Physics and Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007. He devotes his time in studying the ionosphere, and the coupling of Atmosphere, Ionosphere and Magnetosphere using VHF coherent radar, Digisonde, GPS receiver, Airglow imager, In-situ satellite, etc. Now he is an Associate Professor in the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
 

Research Interest

i) Ionospheric storm and storm-time irregularities
ii)Coupling study on the Atmosphere, Ionosphere and Magnetosphere
iii) Radar remote sensing
iv) Techniques for Probing the Ionosphere, including GPS, Digisonde, Airglow imager, etc.
