Biography

Changshou Gao is currently a Principle Scientist at MedImmune LLC. He is leading a group of 15 people focusing on antibody lead generation antibody large scale transient expression and new technology development for next generation of antibody therapeutics. Dr. Gao received his PhD in 2002 from The Scripps Research Institute where he invented minor coat protein pVII and pIX mediated antibody phage display platform He joined MedImmune as a research Scientist I in 2002 and was promoted to Scientist II in 2003 Senior Scientist in 2005 and Principle Scientist in 2009. He has published more than 30 peer reviewed scientific articles and 15 patents/patent applications.
