Biography

Assistant Professor in the Food Engineering Process at Higher Institute of Applied Biological Sciences of Tunis (ISSBAT), University of Tunis ElManar. Teaching classes: license in Food Control. Completed PhD studies: National School of Engineers of Sfax, Tunisia, and University of Montpellier, France. Published more than 20 publications and books. Awarded as Doctor-Engineer in Food Engineering Laureate in L’Oréal UNESCO For Woman in Science Prize 2021. Member in the Mediterranean Association of Agri-Food Industry of Tunisia and also a Member of ATL MST SIDA Association in Sfax, Tunisia.
