Biography

Dr. Fayazzadeh received his MD from Tehran University of Medical Sciences with honors and is currently completing his post-doctoral research fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Cleveland Clinic, USA. He has previously worked as a research associate in cardiovascular surgery at Tehran Heart Center. He also has the experience of teaching basic sciences in several colleges and universities in the US including Gwinnett Tech and Atlanta Metropolitan State College. He has presented his research in numerous international conferences worldwide and has over 25 publication as journal articles, congress abstracts, and book chapters.

Radiological and surgical applications of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, 
Minimally-invasive radio-guided surgery for treatment of cancers and/or organ failure, 
Cellular therapy and/or novel pharmaceutical image-guided modalities in tissue repair,
Wound healing and ischemic flap survival
