Biography

Carina is an Allergy Specialist Dietitian, dealing with children and adults who suffer from food allergies and food intolerances. Dr. Carina is chair of the British Dietetic Association’s Food Allergy and Intolerance Specialist Group and a member of the British Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology Council and the national allergy expert for the British Dietetic Association. Dr. Carina is an Allied Health Interest Group Board member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. She is also vice-chair of the International Network of Diet and Nutrition in Allergy
