Dr. Avadhesh Singh Kushwaha is a Senior Formulation Scientist working in Tioga Research Inc
Job description:
• Lead formulation research and development programs for Dermatological topical products – OTC and prescription – for domestic and international markets.
• Devise, prepare, assess and characterize formulations of drugs and of cosmetic agents suitable for application to the skin (such as solutions, gels, creams, ointments, sprays, foams, patches).
• Solving tough formulation challenges in creative ways & steadily increase the ability to prepare effective, commercially viable formulations.
• Plan, execute and document projects in support of CRO client needs and contribution to the drafting of and execution against product R&D proposals.
• Generate preparative protocols and reports, and work closely with colleagues and third parties in facilitating the further development and scale-up of prospective drug or cosmetic products.
