Aristotelis Tsiakalos

Biography
Tsiakalos Aristotelis, MD, PhD, graduated from the Medical School of National University of Athens,Greece and took his specialization in Internal Medicine at the Academic Department of Pathophysiology. He specialized in infectious diseases, at St Thomas’ Hospital NHS Trust, King’s College, London. He is especially involved in the field of the association between autoimmunity and infectious diseases. He has published several studies in scientific journals. His current position is as a research associate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and his research is focused on various hepatitis viruses.
