Biography
Anthony G. Brickner is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Immunology at the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute. He obtained his PhD in Developmental Biology from the University of Cincinnati school of Medicine in 1998, and carried out his postdoctoral work at the University of Virginia in cellular immunology.
Research Interest
1. Identification and characterization of human minor histocompatibility antigens
2. Minor histocompatibility antigen-based immunotherapy for hematologic malignancies after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
3. Molecular and cellular biology of gene products overexpressed in B-lymphoid malignancies
4. Proteomics applied to B-lymphoid malignancies
