Dr Alina Kunicka-Styczynska has received her PhD in Technical University of Lodz (Poland) in 1996. Currently, she is working in Institute of Fermentation Technology and Microbiology Technical University of Lodz. She is serving as an editorial member of ACL and JBAPPN journals. She has authored 73 research articles and 13 chapters in books. She is a member of Polish Society of Microbiologists and a reviewer for several reputed journals like JAM, JAFC, BMC CAM, JSFA, PJM.
