  The progressive shift toward endovascular techniques represents one of the most significant transformations in vascular surgery over the past three decades. This evolution has delivered remarkable benefits-reduced perioperative morbidity, shorter hospital stays, and expanded treatment options for high-risk patients. However, these advances come with an underappreciated cost: increasing radiation exposure to both patients and providers.
